Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer both shipping and store pick-up options when purchasing from us online.

How much will shipping cost me?

Shipping fees are determined during checkout, and prices come direct from Australia Post network.

How long will it take to get my order?

It usually takes 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) provided all products are in stock at the time of order. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within a day, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we cannot supply specific times for delivery.

Insurance Options

We offer optional transit insurance with every shipment and recommend it as protection to every customer. Our transit insurance premium is calculated on the total value of your order including GST.

Order Value & Insurance Premiums

- Up to $100 is $5
- Over $100 up to Maximum $10,000 is $5 + (3% of Order Value)
For example, an order value of $500 will cost, $5 + $15 = $20

If you choose not to add insurance to your shipment, you take all responsibility for loss or damage to your products once they leave our hands.

Is it free to pick-up my order from your store?

Absolutely! We do not charge handling fees on your order, so you will not pay anything extra to pick up your order from our store.

We will contact you by to let you know that your product is ready to be picked up. This is usually on the same day as your order, but in the event that stock will need to be ordered in, this may take up to 1-2 business days maximum.

What do I bring to pick-up my order?

All you need is some photo identification and the Order Reference Number you were given when you placed your order.
