No problem! Please just call us before your scheduled appointment time. If you had a repair job with us, and you wanted to cancel that, it's fine with us as long as we get notice as soon as possible. However, after a quote has been accepted and we have repaired an item, we will still be charging for the full price of quote and no cancellation will be accepted.

Our service fees are strictly time-based meaning you can have our technicians working on multiple computers and/or problems at once without getting hit with extra charges - our technicians are terrific multi-taskers and can therefore often knock over multiple issues simultaneously. Please note that naturally, the service fees do not include hardware or software which we can offer at very competitive prices.

We don't have a callout fee, once you accept our quote on the job, we charge $90 for the 1st hour followed by $20 an hour.

If the immediate problem is completed before the minimum one hour service, our technicians will be delighted to spend the rest of the hour optimising your system and answering any other questions you might have.

We're on-call seven days a week! What's more, we have evening appointments available on weekdays too at no extra charge. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 8am - 8pm, and weekends, as well as most public holidays, 9am - 5pm local time.

We accept payment by MasterCard & Visa cards, as well as cash. Cheques are only accepted with prior arrangement. At the end of the service, we will also email you an invoice and receipt for your records. No fuss! Approved business clients can also apply for an account with 7 day terms.
