Service Fees & Charges
Our IT personnel come prepared with the right tools and expertise and will do the best they can do solve the issues on the spot. If necessary we will call appropriate companies such as Internet companies, product suppliers to resolve issues.
- The services are based on Per System. If you have more then one system, reduce each system's price by $10.
- Prices are inclusive of 10% G.S.T.
- On-Site fees are usually flat fee. If jobs will take more then 1 hour, an additional fee may be required.
- Off-Site services are carried out at Auburn warehouse, you will need to bring systems to us.
- Work carried out on hardware carry a warranty of 30 days, if same problem persists within 30 days, it will be fixed free of charge.
- Because software issues can happen quite easily by users, work carried out on software carries no warranty, unless otherwise stated. Generally we will explain and show you how to resolve this issue if it happens again in the future.
- Tax Invoice will be issued for all work.
- We do offer reduced rate pricing for Non-Profit organisations & wholesale customers.
- We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card & American Express with no surcharge.
